I'm Shijil. LifeOS is my life operating system — one private application holding the records I actually re-read over years: tasks, money, vehicles and goals. It is a record system first, and everything else is a view over that data.

The rules it is built on
Data outlives the app
Everything lives in one database I own and can copy. Every schema change is a reviewable, replayable migration.
Private by default
Single user, no analytics, no third parties. The app refuses to start in production without a password.
Derived, never stored
Fuel efficiency, balances and progress are computed from source rows every time, so no number can quietly drift.
